Okay, Hmm okay first off the only reason that people visit this site is for the information, it's surely not for the superior code, features, or anything else.. just raw information.. You've got one great feature, and that's just the sheer amount of users. The one thing in your post you forgot is that the users make this site not the server or the admins, yes it helps to have admins and a server. If the server is the problem once again I can help, but as always you seem to refuse any kind of help no matter what it is. If you don't have enough admins add a couple, I'm sure there is a trustworth sole somewhere in here somewhere.. Oh well I'm sure this post will be moderated, don't get me wrong though I know how hard it is to run the site, but if it's too hard why don't you let some people help...
